Commercial description
This batch of Orkney Porter has been patiently aged for 18 months in Isle of Arran Bere Whisky barrels.
The spirit previously contained in the casks was produced with the ancient bere barley. This hardy variety of barley is probably one of the world’s oldest cultivated cereals and is grown here, on blustery, Orkney.
