Magnetic Full Amarillo APA

Single hop trial #6. Goal was to make a bit less strong and bitter beer with more full caramel malt character (~23 % Crystal) while still being properly hopped. Lot's of Amarillo was used for first wort, late additions and dry hopping. I tried to balance the round bitters of FWH with regulars evenly and it turned out quite pleasant.
