Gotlands Wisby Pils

A well hopped pils with higher bitterness.
Wisby Pils holds 37-38 EBU. The hop varietie used are Hallertau Perel and Saazer which are added at three different phases.
The beer is meant to represent the German school with short and intensive bitterness in the finish.
Wisby Pils is probably the only pils that is brewed on one part wheat malt and four parts barley malt.
